Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and budgeting for country programs and regional activities.

- Conduct financial monitoring visits and coordinate audits.
- Assess and build capacity of finance teams in the region.
- Develop and implement financial systems improvements.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management within international NGOs.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAGA/SAGE), Microsoft Office, and strong supervisory skills.
- Ability to travel internationally 30-40% of the time.
