Summary:
IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a Regional Senior Finance Officer to manage financial operations across Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia, and Kenya. This role involves ensuring high-quality financial reporting, monitoring regional budgets, and supporting country teams in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting and budgeting for country programs and regional activities.
  • Support country offices in financial management and reporting.
  • Conduct financial monitoring visits and coordinate audits.
  • Assess and build capacity of finance teams in the region.
  • Develop and implement financial systems improvements.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management within international NGOs.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAGA/SAGE), Microsoft Office, and strong supervisory skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally 30-40% of the time.
