Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Regional Credit Administrator to join our team at Finance Trust Bank. The successful candidate will oversee the processing, disbursement, and monitoring of all loans in the region in line with our credit policies and procedures. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, effective risk management, and efficient credit administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Administration: Manage credit files, security documentation, and ensure proper protection and record-keeping.
  • Legal Implementation: Identify and manage risks prior to loan disbursement.
  • Loan Disbursement: Ensure all conditions are met before disbursement, and confirm the intended use of loans.
  • Credit Underwriting: Oversee the credit underwriting team to ensure efficiency and competency.
  • Credit Monitoring: Review loans in arrears, ensure compliance, and monitor loan provisions and grading.
  • Compliance, Audit, and Corrective Actions: Ensure post-disbursement compliance, follow up on audit issues, and maintain adequate insurance and collateral.
  • Reporting: Coordinate timely reporting on non-performing accounts, large exposures, and insurance policies.
  • Training: Coordinate and conduct training for credit officers on underwriting, management, and risk detection.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent judgment.
  • Flexibility to travel upcountry.

Summary: Finance Trust Bank is looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator to support, monitor, and maintain our data center infrastructure. This role involves optimizing performance, ensuring high availability, and managing enterprise compute, storage, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Optimization: Ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of data center infrastructure.
  • Capacity Forecasting: Predict and manage infrastructure capacity demands.
  • Back-Up and Recovery: Implement and test data center back-ups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Server Administration: Administer Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments, and manage server deployments and configurations.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data center issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise compute, storage, and networking solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage third-party contractors.
