Job Overview:
Aldelia is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment cycle, source and evaluate candidates, and ensure successful placements for oil & gas positions. This role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment within the oil & gas industry and a deep understanding of current recruitment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and match candidates with oil & gas job openings.
  • Understand client needs and identify suitable candidates.
  • Utilize effective sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle and provide clear information on job offers.
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports and recommend new sourcing methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business, or Humanities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the oil & gas industry.
  • Proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment databases.

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Electrical

Job Overview:
Aldelia is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for Electrical systems with expertise in balance of plant electrical systems, protection schemes, and electrical design documentation. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, design plant-level electrical systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review plant electrical design documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and training on electrical systems.
  • Design interconnect cabling, lighting, grounding, and protection systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and lead multi-functional engineering teams.
  • Prepare technical proposals and manage project scope definition.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and testing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8-12 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in processing or power plants.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and power simulation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
