Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, handling phone calls, addressing inquiries, and supporting office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to assess customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
- Maintain and update customer database information.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Assist clients with navigating the office and perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center.
- Credit in Math and English at O level is required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Job Summary:
The Driver will be responsible for transporting personnel and assets, ensuring vehicle maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport staff and packages between locations.
- Maintain a travel log and inform the company of any tickets or issues with the vehicle.
- Maintain high standards of service and ensure punctual and safe transport.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.
- Follow safe driving practices and adhere to traffic laws.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Minimum Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or Senior Four.
- At least 4 years of driving experience in a corporate environment with a clean driving record.
- Valid driving license (Class B) and a certificate in defensive driving.
- Good driving skills, knowledge of vehicle mechanics, and understanding of transport laws.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Punctual, responsible, and well-presented.
