Summary:
Qcil is seeking two dedicated professionals to join our team: a Quality Assurance Officer and a Technology Transfer Officer. Both positions offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic environment, ensuring high standards in pharmaceutical production and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to cGMP in all facility areas.
• Review and authorize documentation related to product processing, packing, and testing.
• Generate, approve, and issue Batch Documents.
• Oversee calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Continuously review and update SOPs and work systems.
• Manage area cleaning, line clearance, and other controls during product changeovers.
• Review and obsolete master batch documents.
• Perform in-process checks during manufacturing and packing.
• Support validation teams and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct Pack-line Inspections and Finished Product Sampling.
• Monitor pest control and environmental monitoring programs.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance quality systems and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flexible and able to work shifts as required.

Job Title: Technology Transfer Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transfer and introduction of new or modified manufacturing processes.
• Ensure effective translation of processes, equipment, raw materials, and procedures into production.
• Prepare and review technology transfer documentation, including validation protocols and batch records.
• Act as a liaison between QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Analyze validation data and prepare supporting reports.
• Identify and resolve issues during the transfer or scale-up of processes.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Track project timelines and prepare necessary documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Conduct risk assessments related to process transfers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 2+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
