Job Description: The Q Commerce Sales team in Uganda is responsible for partnering with local stores and bigger brands to display them on the Glovo platform. As a Sales Executive, you will create a pipeline and sign up local stores and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seal partnerships with key accounts, aligning with company goals
  • Ensure deals follow required profitability
  • Build long-term partnerships and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Keep pipeline updated daily

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales experience
  • Strong persistence and goal-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus

Job Description: You will be part of the Glovo Brands Ads team, focusing on providing advertising products to help brands increase awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. Your role involves delivering ad campaigns, driving profit through ad products, and managing cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Brands’ landscape in Uganda
  • Lead identification and hunting of new prospects
  • Educate prospects on Glovo’s advertising offering
  • Drive sales of advertising products
  • Build and nurture relationships with partner Brands and Media Agencies
  • Execute ad campaigns flawlessly
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, or marketing
  • 3+ years of Marketing or Sales experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in French and English
