Summary:
Legacy Road Safety Initiative (LRSI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage our road safety programs and initiatives. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving strategic road safety projects to reduce road crashes and promote safe practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement road safety programs and activities in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with government ministries, agencies, and partners to advocate for road safety policies.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, preparing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for projects.
  • Represent LRSI at conferences and events related to road safety.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Public Health, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of program management experience, preferably in road safety or transportation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of road safety policies and regulations.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Summary:
LRSI is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with financial policies, and oversee administrative functions. This role includes budgeting, financial reporting, and supporting administrative management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor budgets and financial plans.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and manage payroll.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, providing financial analysis for decision-making.
  • Oversee administrative functions including office management and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and risk management.
  • Assist in HR functions and employee benefits management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
