Summary:
Legacy Road Safety Initiative (LRSI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage our road safety programs and initiatives. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving strategic road safety projects to reduce road crashes and promote safe practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement road safety programs and activities in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage a team to execute initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with government ministries, agencies, and partners to advocate for road safety policies.
- Conduct research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, preparing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for projects.
- Represent LRSI at conferences and events related to road safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Public Health, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of program management experience, preferably in road safety or transportation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of road safety policies and regulations.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial plans.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable.
