Job Purpose:
To ensure that youth with disabilities seeking jobs access employment through identification and engagement with employers, building their capacity, and understanding the policy and regulatory framework for inclusive employment and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion career growth plans for youth with disabilities.
  • Enroll jobseekers with disabilities into soft skill training.
  • Track course completion rates and support participants in assignments including CV writing.
  • Establish partnerships with MDAs, CSOs, development partners, and employment networks.
  • Train Youth-focused OPDs on policy engagement and rights-based advocacy.
  • Monitor and report on project activities as per the MEL plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Development Studies, Social Work, Social Administration, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines.
  • Postgraduate diploma in project planning and management or human rights advocacy is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with youth with disabilities and policy advocacy.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive employment and entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and project management skills.

Job Purpose:
To lead and optimize financial and administration processes, ensuring alignment with NUDIPU’s strategy and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance department operations and compliance.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, cash flow projections, and financial status reporting.
  • Maintain sound financial management and accounting policies.
  • Prepare financial reports for donors and stakeholders.
  • Spearhead resource mobilization and grant management.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and review payroll.
  • Oversee logistics, procurement, IT functions, and asset management.
  • Develop and implement security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • Full membership to professional accounting bodies such as ACCA or CPA.
  • Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience; NGO experience is an advantage.
  • Senior management experience in procurement, finance, and administration processes.
  • Proficient in financial systems like QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of general fund accounting, internal control systems, and grant management.
