Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth and Performance: Lead the growth and performance of digital business lending products through customer acquisition, usage optimization, and collections management.
  • Strategy Definition: Develop and articulate the strategy for the assigned product portfolio, addressing market requirements, consumer trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Implementation Coordination: Partner with marketing and customer experience teams to enhance customer engagement, improve Net Promoter Score (NPS), and reduce Customer Effort Score (CES) according to KPIs.
  • Performance Management: Oversee daily performance of the product portfolio in collaboration with Strategy, Credit, and Lending Risk teams, focusing on customer growth, utilization, limits management, and effective recovery.
  • Vendor and Technology Liaison: Work with vendors and technology teams to define, document, and implement product requirements for new and existing products tailored to customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, document, and implement process improvements in coordination with technology, risk, compliance, and credit departments.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, specification, implementation, and launch.
  • Market Assessment: Evaluate market competition by comparing the bank’s products with competitors within the financial services industry.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance, customer insights, and market research data to drive growth and make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of five years of managerial experience in digital product management and team leadership, including:
    • Delivery of digital business products in a high-growth environment.
    • Relationship and project management.
    • Experience with Mobile Money, Payments, or Lending Platform support.
    • Credit analysis and lending.
    • Financial services and sales expertise.

  • Strategy Definition: Develop and communicate the strategy for the assigned consumer lending product portfolio, focusing on market requirements, consumer trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Implementation Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to boost customer engagement, enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS), and lower Customer Effort Score (CES) as per KPIs.
  • Performance Management: Manage daily performance of the product portfolio in partnership with Strategy, Credit, and Lending Risk teams to ensure customer growth, utilization, limits management, and effective recovery.
  • Vendor and Technology Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and technology teams to ensure accurate definition, documentation, and implementation of product requirements for both new products and existing product customizations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in liaison with internal stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, credit, and other departments.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical and thought leadership throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, specification, implementation, and launch.
  • Market Assessment: Assess market competition by comparing the bank’s consumer lending products with those of competitors within the financial services industry.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance, customer insights, and market research data to evaluate ideas and make recommendations to drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of five years of managerial experience in digital product management and team leadership, including:
    • Delivery of digital consumer products in a high-growth environment.
    • Relationship and project management.
    • Experience with Mobile Money, Payments, or Lending Platform support.
