Job Purpose:
As the Product Manager for Alternative Channels, you will oversee the lifecycle management of Alternative Distribution Channel (ADC) products. Your role includes innovating, monitoring, and enhancing customer value propositions while managing partner relationships and marketing initiatives to achieve strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and commercialize ADC products aligning with the bank’s strategy.
- Enhance channels to meet evolving customer needs and improve customer experience.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to boost channel utilization through various initiatives.
- Monitor market dynamics, competition, and compliance requirements.
- Manage and optimize channel performance and profitability.
- Prepare and present performance reports and manage revenue assurance.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to alternative channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT with at least 5 years of banking experience, including 3 years in a managerial role in ADC.
- Professional Qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CDBP/CFTP/CFtP/CDFP) are advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing banking products through alternative channels.
- Strong knowledge of ADC products (e.g., mobile banking, internet banking).
- Proficient in product marketing principles, project management, and data analysis.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with IT personnel and other teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Purpose:
The Manager IT Governance & Controls will manage day-to-day IT governance and controls, ensuring sound ICT governance, risk management, and compliance with security policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IT security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on ICT governance and risk practices.
- Review and address security risks and breaches.
- Provide expert advice on security controls and risk management.
- Collaborate with various bank units to share information and ensure compliance.
- Conduct assessments and foster awareness of governance and security policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Standards is advantageous.
- Professional certifications in IT Risk, Security, or Audit are desirable.
- 2-4 years of experience in ICT governance and risk management within banking or a similar sector.
