Role Overview:

The Operator – Packaging will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of packaging equipment, including filling, bottle washing, pasteurization, and labeling processes. This role is critical for ensuring cost-effectiveness and maintaining high consumer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage packaging equipment and associated processes to meet performance standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Interpret and implement the production plan for each shift.
  • Operate manual and automatic machines according to established standards.
  • Monitor production processes, addressing and correcting any issues.
  • Ensure quality and productivity of the processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks including tracking, monitoring, and team room administration.
  • Embrace and apply VPO Principles and practices.
  • Address problems using PIMS & POMS, complete 5 WHY’s, and contribute to AB reports.
  • Conduct autonomous operations, including cleaning, inspecting, and minor repairs of machinery.
  • Support overall Packaging team initiatives and adhere to VPO standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Hardworking, honest, self-motivated, and a dynamic team player.
  • Strong commitment to Occupational Safety & Health and environmental considerations.
  • Ability to work in shifts and align with the Dream People Culture platform.

Job Title: Process Artisan-Mechanical

Role Overview:

The Process Artisan-Mechanical will be tasked with safely operating and maintaining packaging equipment to achieve optimal efficiency, cost objectives, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage packaging equipment and associated processes.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Implement and interpret the production plan for shifts.
  • Operate manual and automatic machines as per standards.
  • Monitor production processes and correct any negative trends.
  • Ensure high standards of process quality and productivity.
  • Complete tracking and monitoring tasks, and perform administrative duties.
  • Manage PIMS & POMS, address issues with QFR’s, and contribute to AB reports.
  • Conduct autonomous operations including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing machinery.
  • Support team initiatives and adhere to VPO standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong leadership potential and knowledge of production processes.
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems such as COSWIN.
  • Ability to influence and implement sound maintenance practices
