Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
6. Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
7. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Ezee or Macros).
8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
10. Flexible, adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude.
