Position Summary:
The M&E Officer will lead the monitoring and evaluation processes for the programs, supporting program staff with planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of project activities, as detailed in program documents and administrative guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Monitoring and Evaluation system.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct program monitoring and report writing.
- Provide personnel management and program support.
Education & Experience:
- University degree in Monitoring and Evaluation studies, social sciences, demography, development planning, mathematics, statistics, health & nutrition, or similar relevant field.
- Postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in monitoring & evaluation of health-related development programs preferred.
- Experience in education, livelihood, health and nutrition, or child survival programming is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, statistical software (e.g., SPSS), and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in field conditions.
Language:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
Job Title: Finance and Administration Officer

Reports to: Executive Director
Contract Length: One year

Position Summary:
The Finance & Admin Officer will manage daily finance operations, prepare financial reports, reconcile accounting information, review payments and invoices, support procurement activities, and handle administrative duties. Supervision of Cashier/Stores, Guards, Office Attendants, and Driver at the field level is also required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage cash and financial operations.
- Prepare financial reports and perform financial reconciliations.
- Supervise finance and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related discipline.
- CPA Level II or pursuing professional qualifications is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management, preferably within an NGO or similar environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software (e.g., MS Dynamics), and strong leadership skills.
Language:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Ability to speak the local language is an advantage.
