Summary
Total Energies is seeking a qualified Methods Engineer with a solid background in industrial operations and HSE logistics. This role involves managing logistics documents, ensuring HSE compliance, and supporting various logistics operations with a focus on innovation and digitalization.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial operations at supervisory level.
- Knowledge in Logistics & HSE management rules, lifting/handling, storage management, land transportation, base management operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems including SAP, and database management tools like MS Access, Word, Project, Excel, and Primavera.
- Excellent command of English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update logistics documents, manage publication, and control their implementation.
- Participate in annual HSE objectives, defining Safety and Environment objectives.
- Evaluate Logistics contractors, conduct audits, and establish action plans.
- Provide support for monthly monitoring of contractual commitments and budget deviations.
- Lead innovation and digitalization within Logistics Operations Support.
- Ensure timely completion of Scope of Works, Technical, and HSE evaluations of bidders during CFT.
- Implement Logistics Operations business tools and ensure quality control of logistics activities.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Drive HSE performance, develop safety culture within the team and service providers.
- Update Log procedures, establish annual HSEQ training plans, and maintain training records.
- Ensure internal controls and safety standards for project logistics activities.
- Conduct HSE risk management to protect health, respect communities, and care for the environment.
Reporting / Audit / Method
- Analyze performance of Logistics contractors, propose improvements, and maintain accurate reporting.
- Implement KPI indicators for logistics operations and monitor action plans.
- Gather lessons learnt, provide feedback, and develop continuous improvement and safety culture.

Summary
Total Energies is looking for an experienced Head of Geology to lead geological activities, support drilling operations, and ensure high-quality geological data for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum BSc or MSc degree in Geology.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience as a geologist, including operated development asset preparation and drilling wells.
- Strong experience in geological and structural interpretation, reservoir characterization, and well integration.
- Excellent team spirit, coaching, and communication skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate availability and allocation of geologists for Geosciences & Reservoir development activities.
- Provide geological input into the well preparation workflow.
- Support drilling operations to achieve well objectives and propose trajectory updates.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of well results and integrate findings into field synthesis.
- Identify and follow-up geological-related studies.
- Ensure quality of geological information for stakeholders and maintain geological data sustainability.
- Communicate transparently with JV partners and authorities.
- Build team skills through specific training and coaching.
