Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Honoring the route, door to door
- Generating orders using the daily checklist
- Ensuring brand availability and visibility
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers
- Dusting products and cleaning where necessary
- Reporting misuse of company fridges
- Maintaining correct tags and largest shelf share
- Reporting competitor activities
- Interacting with customers and end users
- Checking for short expiries and monitoring products
- Upholding confidentiality of company information
- Submitting daily reports and route plans with live location
- Providing quality customer service and attending to customer needs
- Receiving goods from the supplier
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma in Marketing Science, Bachelor’s degree in BBA or BCOM with a major in marketing or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Key Requirements:
- Excellent attitude and body language
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing merchandisers, promoters, supervisors, key account suppliers, and debt collectors
- Ensuring availability and visibility of the Riham portfolio in key account outlets
- Ensuring timely listing of new products in key account outlets
- Negotiating for better visibility, fridge placement, branding, and offers
- Developing yearly promotional plans and plans for major events
- Implementing short expiry policy to maintain product freshness
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and expanding company portfolio by recruiting new accounts
- High level of customer care and negotiation skills
- Training and mentoring the team to achieve company goals
- Monitoring products and laying strategies for better offtake/consumption
- Reporting competitors’ activities to management
- Achieving at least 90% of sales target
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field
- Four (4) years’ experience in customer support, client services, sales, or related field
- Experience in product activation and FMCG sales
- Experience in Modern trade sales
