Job Summary: The M&E Officer, under the guidance of the Subprogram Manager, will assist in planning, coordinating, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and refine M&E tools.
  • Coordinate project monitoring and reporting.
  • Aggregate project data for status reports.
  • Assist in designing and conducting evaluations and audits.
  • Provide training on monitoring and data collection.
  • Track and ensure data quality.
  • Compile reports and case studies.
  • Update the online M&E system.
  • Ensure systems are in place to track project indicators.
  • Undertake field visits to support project implementation.
  • Document and disseminate lessons learned.
  • Participate in producing quarterly newsletters.
  • Engage with stakeholders and attend learning events.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in M&E.
  • Minimum of 3 years in M&E and reporting.
  • Skills in report writing, data analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, and non-spatial data analysis.

Job Summary: Under the guidance of the Programme Coordinator and Grants Manager, the Project Manager will provide managerial support to Protection and Livelihoods projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop work plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Unit for project supplies.
  • Involve stakeholders in planning.
  • Ensure project objectives are met according to plans and donor guidelines.
  • Conduct field research and data analysis.
  • Implement M&E systems.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures.
  • Coordinate with beneficiaries, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise project staff and provide technical guidance.
