About the Role:
Unifi is a fast-growing multinational financial technology company specializing in personal lending products. We are seeking Loan Consultants who will be the face of Unifi, responsible for providing loans to customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and direct clients efficiently, projecting a positive image.
  • Enter client details into the registration system.
  • Verify documents and inform applicants of additional requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all loans.
  • Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with Unifi credit policy and proper cash management.
  • Provide information about products, promotions, and services.
  • Support branch goals and KPIs.
  • Participate in brand awareness and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing service role.
  • Relevant diploma or degree preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in Luganda.

About the Role:
Unifi is looking for a Marketing Consultant with a passion for building client relationships and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will engage in direct marketing, networking, and other initiatives to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert prospective customers.
  • Develop and implement work plans and performance reports.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a client pipeline.
  • Conduct presentations and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Assist in public networking events and giveaways.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in direct marketing and sales.
  • University degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to ride a motorcycle with a valid license.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, result-oriented, and confident.
  • Proficient with Google applications and PowerPoint.
