Vacancy: LIFT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation and Management:
- Lead the implementation of LIFT project activities, ensuring alignment with objectives and effective use of resources.
- Develop Detailed Implementation Plans (DIP) and manage project procurement plans.
- Provide technical support on Child Protection, Education/ECD, and MPHSS standards.
- Oversee budgeting, risk management, and ensure compliance with grant regulations.
- Coordinate with WV Uganda, WV Korea, and Global Advisers for project adjustments and learning.
- Networking and Collaboration:
- Promote the LIFT approach within and outside WV.
- Represent WV in sector coordination meetings and build strategic partnerships.
- Support advocacy efforts and relationship building with local leaders and stakeholders.
- Staff Performance Management and Supervision:
- Foster a culture of innovation and learning among staff.
- Manage, supervise, and build capacity of staff and volunteers.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and ensure participation in training and spiritual activities.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Documentation, and Reporting:
- Work with the MEAL team to design and implement evidence generation activities.
- Ensure consultations with children, adolescents, and caregivers for feedback and accountability.
- Oversee project M&E systems and documentation processes.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to support offices and partners.
Applicant Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in child wellbeing and development programs.
- Strong leadership and technical skills related to project implementation and team management.
- Excellent networking and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with M&E processes and reporting.

Vacancy: Project Assistant – Child Wellbeing

- Implementation of Project Activities:
- Facilitate community outreach and support for parents/caregivers of children across various age groups.
- Collaborate with Community Volunteers to deliver sessions and support parents in promoting child wellbeing.
- Manage logistics for project activities and ensure effective participation of community members.
- Assessment, Monitoring, and Reporting:
- Collect and organize data on project activities, contributing to progress reports.
- Work with the MEAL team to monitor activities and document best practices.
- Collect and submit feedback from participants and identify success stories.
- Capacity Building & Coordination:
- Develop skills for integrated programming and attend relevant training.
- Coordinate with other Project Assistants and contribute to internal meetings.
- Other:
- Adhere to WV Child and Adult Safeguarding policies and accountability standards.
Applicant Requirements:
- Experience or strong interest in child wellbeing and community outreach.
- Skills in data collection, reporting, and monitoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support project activities effectively.
