Laboratory Technician
Job Purpose: As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various tests on glove physical parameters and other laboratory samples, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and supporting the documentation team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing of glove parameters like tensile strength and powder content.
- Monitor and test stability samples, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage analytical reference numbers and test all laboratory samples.
- Lead shift handovers and prepare shift reports.
- Monitor online process parameters and document results.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials and report discrepancies.
- Train lab assistants and supervise their activities during shifts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Processing Technology, Physics, Biology, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English and good computer skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Well-organized, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector
Job Purpose: As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will monitor the quality of in-process, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and reporting any defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and report defects to superiors.
- Complete and submit inspection reports.
- Identify and control non-conformance products.
- Verify defective products for rework or rejection.
- Conduct final inspections as per packing lists and customer requirements.
- Maintain quality records and handle test/inspection equipment with care.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and legal regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Food Processing Technology, Physics, Quality Management, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing industry with knowledge of Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Skills:
- Good command of English and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in computer use and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and under minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
