Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and ensure proper labelling and storage.
  • Warehouse Organization: Optimize warehouse layout, maintain inventory control procedures, ensure cleanliness and safety, and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Security and Access Control: Monitor access to inventory, ensure security protocols, maintain records of access, and address security breaches.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics of receiving, storing, and distributing inventory, liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries, and oversee transportation of goods.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on inventory levels and logistics activities, document and report issues, and assist in procedure development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and general office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.

  • Accounting and Financial Management: Perform accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record keeping, and manage payroll and ledger entries.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Track project budgets, monitor performance, provide reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Financial Controls and Compliance: Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, conduct audits, and manage tax compliance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, provide analysis and insights, and monitor financial performance.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee office management, procurement, and warehouse functions, support HR functions, and ensure a productive work environment.

Qualifications:
