Job Summary: To manage existing relationships effectively to facilitate the growth of Employee Value Proposition liability and asset growth portfolio within personal markets. Managing a portfolio of strategic organizations both secured and unsecured portfolio delinquencies and ensuring that the flow rates are within the approved parameters to minimize provisions to the acceptable standard and increase profitability of the book.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales staff in acquiring profitable and quality business.
  • Support channels in selling and cross-selling all relevant bank products.
  • Fully exploit existing customer relationships to create new profitable business opportunities.
  • Work with branch managers and employers to organize sales activities/activations.
  • Support applications requiring exceptional approval.
  • Identify opportunities in non-empaneled companies.
  • Work with the Products team on initiatives for the acquisition, retention, and growth of target customer bases.
  • Visit key companies to identify needs, receive feedback, and provide solutions.
  • Escalate service issues within allocated portfolio companies.
  • Monitor day-to-day delinquent customers and follow up on missed salaries.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Higher Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)

Job Summary: To assist the Relationship Manager in maintaining a portfolio of existing clients to ensure that targets are met. This is to be achieved through a professional and timely assessment throughout the lifecycle of the client, understanding customer needs, and delivering market-leading client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet revenue targets as agreed with the Relationship Manager and Unit Head.
  • Maintain Relationship Plans for all assigned customers.
  • Conduct annual reviews of customers’ borrowing facilities.
  • Deal with customer complaints and find solutions.
  • Research and follow up on potential new business.
  • Act as a principal point of contact with customers on day-to-day relationship issues.
  • Assist with the development of Customer Relationship Plans.
