Summary:
Q-Sourcing Limited, a leading manpower management solutions firm in East Africa, seeks an experienced ISP Supervisor to oversee customer connection operations and ensure high standards in service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and optical quality of customer lines.
- Monitor and enhance ISP performance indicators.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and tools by technical teams.
- Oversee safety compliance and escalate risks as needed.
- Coordinate complex customer connection cases and manage customer complaints.
- Troubleshoot network issues and conduct site surveys.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or related fields.
- Technical expertise in fixed telecommunications and fiber optic networks.
- Relevant higher education or technical diploma.
- Proficiency in IT tools and fluency in English.
- Valid driver’s license.

Summary:
Join the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project as a Lot 1 Social Coordinator. You’ll coordinate social performance and ensure effective stakeholder engagement for this major regional infrastructure project.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report on social performance and grievances to Project leadership.
- Oversee assurance and reporting of Contractor social performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to Community Relations Supervisors.
- Manage Contractor engagement with Project Affected Communities (PAC).
- Monitor social performance data and conduct field audits.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Social Sciences or related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in social risk management, with at least 5 years in assurance roles.
- Experience in extractive industries or international construction is a plus.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
