Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum 9 years oil & gas experience with significant relevant multi-discipline engineering experience in oil and gas or large complex industrial projects.
- Minimum 5-6 years in Projects/Construction, Drilling, Production Operations, Commissioning, onshore or offshore sites.
- Knowledge of Company Group – Rules, General Specifications, and Guide Manuals, especially Operations and HSE.
- Strong technical background with experience in SIMOPS/COMOPS.
- Strong technical, analytical, innovative, and commercial skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of delivering results in challenging project environments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure HSE is a top priority and promote HSEQ awareness.
- Manage interface responsibilities and requirements between contractors.
- Coordinate planning and risk identification between different packages.
- Develop and update COMOPS philosophy for interfaces.
- Assist in verifying the quality of deliverables associated with inter-package interfaces.
- Promote timely identification of potential interface execution problems.
- Contribute to change management coordination and implementation.
- Attend coordination meetings to manage co-activities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure efficient internal communication and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years professional procurement experience.
- Experience with oil and gas contracts and procurement.
- Excellent knowledge in Legal environment, Insurance, Tax.
- Competence in Teamwork, Project Management, Negotiation, and Complex Problem Solving.
- Knowledge and experience in Company C&P tools and processes.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies in procurement and supply chain is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of French is advantageous.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to H3SE, Integrity, and Sustainability in C&P activities.
- Ensure safety in the workplace and initiate corrective actions for accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Adhere to C&P global strategy and objectives.
- Contribute to Contracts & Procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure competencies development through training and teamwork.
- Plan and follow-up major procurement activities using Company tools and processes.
- Contribute to KPI’s and reports for effective follow-up of key C&P activities.
- Ensure the appropriate use of Company C&P tools.
- Follow up market trends and contribute to the performance of Key Suppliers & SQMs.
- Handle and support complex negotiations and monitor Contracts status.
- Apply sustainable procurement practices and fundamental principles of purchasing.
