Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and review new bills of lading, ensuring details match corresponding documents (packing list, commercial invoice, proforma invoice).
- Open files for new bills of lading and track ETA.
- Write authority letters for various shipping lines (PIL, MSC, HAPAG, GSL, CMA, EMC).
- Follow up on import records for both captured and pending consignments.
- Receive and print entries and release orders from declarants.
- Update the system with new bills, entries, and release orders; load out files for cargo in transit.
- Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
- Provide customers with updates on goods transportation and customs clearance.
- Address issues such as cargo damage, delays, or loss.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Calculate costs incurred during the export process.
- Record and organize data related to import operations and prepare reports.
- Analyze business data to propose improvements.
- Comply with international trade laws and regulations.
- Stay informed of the latest import business policies and regulations.
- Proper record management.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Transport and Logistics Management, Procurement and Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in imports operations, familiar with international trade processes and documentation.
- Proficient in office software and business management systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, responsible, and reliable.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changes, capable of working under pressure.

- Ensure timely loading of goods and track transportation.
- Prepare export-related documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Ensure documents comply with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and submit customs clearance documentation.
- Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
