Summary:
True North Consult Ltd is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Distribution & Merchant Network to drive the overall merchant acquisition strategy and manage distribution activities for Airtel Money. This role involves overseeing retail trade activities, branch operations, and channel partner performance while ensuring brand visibility and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Airtel Money retail trade activities and gross additions nationwide.
- Manage Airtel Money branches’ setup and operations.
- Monitor and track the performance of channel partners.
- Enhance brand visibility across all Airtel Money touchpoints.
- Drive revenue growth and conduct business reviews.
- Execute strategies for merchant acquisition and retention.
- Manage 3rd party partners prudently.
- Ensure high merchant visibility.
- Oversee distribution strategies and professional people management.
Person Specification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience in 3rd party partner management is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of distribution and sales dynamics.
- Proven experience in channel building and development.

This role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations to support the enterprise’s financial stability and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure adherence to accounting principles.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Collaborate on budget development, monitoring, and management.
- Analyze financial data for cost management, revenue generation, and sustainability.
