Job Details:
Black Market Records is seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other digital assets, as well as editing raw footage into compelling stories that align with our brand vision.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging graphics for digital and print media, including logos, infographics, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Develop brand identities and style guides that maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Create mockups and prototypes to present ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate best practices into our projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize workload based on deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage to create seamless, engaging videos that reflect our brand’s style and message.
- Use various editing techniques, such as color correction, audio adjustment, and special effects, to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and create innovative video content for social media, advertisements, tutorials, and more.
- Ensure all edited videos align with brand guidelines and meet technical requirements for distribution.
- Manage and organize video files, maintain an efficient workflow, and adhere to project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and production techniques.
- Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and related tools.
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound design.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
