Job Summary:
KDB Kyarenga Wines is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s vehicle fleet operations. This role includes the planning, direction, and supervision of vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and manage all aspects of fleet operations, including acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance and costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Certificates from a certified Automobile Institute in Uganda or East Africa (added advantage).
- Valid driving permit.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with recognized organizations.

Job Summary:
KDB Kyarenga Wines is in need of a meticulous Cashier to handle accounting transactions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage financial statements. The successful candidate will handle various financial tasks including reconciliations and tax returns.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare budget forecasts and timely financial statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank payments and compute taxes for returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar financial role.
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (cash registers, POS systems).
- Strong math, communication, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized institute with referees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant role.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
