Major Responsibilities:

  • Class Atmosphere and Ethos: Foster a positive and respectful learning environment. Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and orderly. Maintain professional attire and punctuality. Implement school policies for guidance and behavior.
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver effective instruction in Fine Art, prepare daily lesson plans, and assess student progress. Promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with colleagues and meet examination targets.
  • Community Relations: Engage with parents through informal and formal discussions, attend parent meetings, and enhance the school’s reputation.
  • Personal and Professional Development: Participate in professional development programs and implement new teaching methods.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education with PGDE preferred
  • Registered as a Graduate Teacher with the Ministry of Education and Sports
  • Minimum of 3+ years teaching experience
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with contemporary teaching methodologies

Major Responsibilities:

  • Class Atmosphere and Ethos: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Adhere to school schedules and confidentiality protocols.
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver ICT lessons for S1 and S2, prepare lesson plans, and assess student performance. Develop students’ critical thinking and creativity. Ensure preparation for exams and contribute to school-wide projects.
  • Community Relations: Conduct teacher-parent conferences, attend parent meetings, and support the school’s image.
  • Projects Coordination: Manage ICT and ICDL project scopes, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
