Job Summary:
The Finance Business Partner – Support Functions will provide expert advice and support in the preparation, development, and analysis of financial data related to support functions. This role is crucial in driving financial stability, growth, and profitability through strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering:
    • Manage performance reporting of operating and capital costs.
    • Communicate regularly with business functions about cost issues and improvement initiatives.
    • Support the CFO in cost-saving initiatives and financial planning processes.
    • Prepare and analyze segmental cost reports, ALCO, Board, MBR, and CMC inputs.
    • Conduct Revenue Assurance and coordinate with Group Finance for cost analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Foster effective communication and relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Ensure alignment and ownership of financial reports across different departments.
  • Personal Development & Team Leadership:
    • Deputize for the Head of MI as needed.
    • Provide constructive feedback and share knowledge with team members.
    • Drive personal development to enhance job effectiveness.

Education & Experience:

  • Higher Diplomas in Financial Sciences (Required)
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance

Job Title: Contact Center Apprentice

Job Summary:
The Contact Center Apprentice will deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, resolving queries and complaints in real-time, and identifying customer needs through lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calling:
    • Resolve customer queries and log calls.
    • Make outbound calls to support business goals and log responses.
  • Social Media & ATM Monitoring:
    • Handle customer requests and complaints through social media.
    • Monitor ATMs and report discrepancies.
  • Customer Instructions & Complaints Management:
    • Process account amendments and ensure accurate documentation.
    • Log and follow up on customer complaints.
  • Sales Lead Identification & Digital Requests:
    • Identify potential sales leads and arrange follow-ups.
    • Manage digital requests and other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or related fields (Marketing, Human Resource, Mass Communication, Social Science, etc.)
  • Recent graduates (within 2 years) with a minimum CGPA of 3.6
  • Minimum of 2 Principal Passes at ‘A’ Level
  • Credit in Mathematics and English at ‘O’ Level
