Job Details:

  • Reporting to: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Job Purpose: The Finance Business Partner will support in driving value creation, defining standards, governance, backtesting analysis, tracking financial performance, setting strategies, and analyzing data to support decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive value creation with a problem-solving mindset, closely collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct backtesting analysis to assess project phase value generation.
  • Champion domain standard setting and governance processes for compliance.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects within the domain.
  • Oversee Credit / TDO asset accountability, maintaining asset registers and reconciliations.
  • Lead financial planning processes aligned with the bank’s strategy.
  • Support optimization initiatives, ensuring financial transparency and risk/opportunity forecasting.
  • Perform variance analysis and recommend mitigating actions.
  • Ensure accuracy in total bank reporting.
  • Support preparation of functional reports and act as finance point of contact for TDO / Credit domain.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualification in finance (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, Management Consulting, or auditing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and IT systems.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, with attention to detail.

  • Reporting to: Senior Audit Manager
  • Job Purpose: The Internal Auditor will provide independent assurance and consulting services to enhance the bank’s operations and performance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assess internal controls’ effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Evaluate risk management framework and practices.
  • Participate in bi-annual risk assessment processes.
  • Document engagement planning in audit software.
  • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
  • Promote continuous improvement in processes, controls, and risk management.
  • Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and fraud investigations.
  • Maintain audit files and track issue status.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA, ACCA, CFE).
  • 5 years’ experience, including 3 years in financial services/audit.
  • Advanced analytics and audit software knowledge.
  • Understanding of Global Internal Audit Standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and situations.
