Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the execution of enterprise data science frameworks consistent with the organization’s goals. Develop and implement data science models to solve high-impact business use cases and create data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed prescriptive and predictive analysis, including advanced mathematical modeling, AI, and ML.
  • Lead the team to identify, build, and implement scalable data-driven models.
  • Communicate analytics model behavior/results to business.
  • Integrate AI/ML within business processes to create new experiences and/or reimagine old processes.
  • Conduct technical risk analysis and reliability assessments.
  • Build department-wide data science frameworks and capabilities.
  • Foster cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Facilitate desired productivity and quality performance based on KPIs.
  • Provide oversight of data science teams in agile scrum teams.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to enhance team performance.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional qualification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, or related field.

Work Experience:

  • 7 years of working experience in data analysis or data management with 3 years at a managerial level.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications to keep the business running.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Oversee projects assigned to the applications development and support teams.
  • Coordinate and review the complete development lifecycle of the fund’s software systems.
  • Review and recommend change control processes for the development team.
  • Coordinate with the IT Projects team to ensure projects meet business requirements and goals.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in testing new software programs and applications.
  • Provide technical leadership to analysts and programmers.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Oversee the design, development, and installation of enhancements and upgrades.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Professional qualifications in CCNP, CEH, OSCP, Azure Fundamentals/MCSA, etc.

Work Experience:

  • 8 years of overall IT experience, especially in application support and development, with 4 years in a managerial role.
