Job Details:

  • Required Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years in community management or related field.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Experience in stakeholder engagement and event coordination.
    • Proficiency in English; French proficiency advantageous.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Background in technology, nonprofit, or media sectors.
    • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and SEO.
    • Experience in multinational and remote work environments.

About the Role: The Community Coordinator will oversee community activities, facilitate training, and manage partnerships to enhance media influence and development issues across Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand geographically dispersed community.
  • Organize local and international events.
  • Develop community engagement plans and partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate community databases and report activities.

  • Lead team of Communities coordinators and manage project deliverables.
