Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Project Communications Manager who can effectively plan, execute, and oversee communication strategies for our key projects. The ideal candidate will ensure clear, timely, and consistent information flow among project stakeholders, team members, and leadership, while aligning communications with project goals and organizational objectives.

Qualifications / Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in communications or PR roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Media relations experience
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
  • Project management abilities
  • Crisis communication training
  • Industry knowledge relevant to the organization
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Professional certifications (e.g., APR, CPRP) preferred
  • Work Hours: 8

Duties and Responsibilities:

The IT Support Lead will lead the design, implementation, and operation of IT systems from project initiation to closeout. They will oversee IT management and support, providing regular project reports and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Qualifications / Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management and support, preferably in an educational or workforce development setting
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in job matching applications
  • Experience with database management, web technologies, and networking
  • Familiarity with digital skills training and e-learning platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
  • Work Hours: 8
