Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and curative health activities.
• Advocate for children and caregivers.
• Conduct health needs assessments and plan interventions with church leadership.
• Monitor health trends and submit scheduled reports.
• Identify, plan, and coordinate health screenings for children.

Requirements:

• Age: 23-40 years
• Mature and practicing Christian with good Bible knowledge.
• At least two years of experience in community-related work, especially with children.
• Degree in Social Work, Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development Studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministries, or related fields. A minimum of a diploma is required for Child Development Officers.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Madi language is a plus.
