Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive and curative health activities.
- Advocate for children and caregivers.
- Conduct health needs assessments and plan interventions with church leadership.
- Monitor health trends and submit scheduled reports.
- Identify, plan, and coordinate health screenings for children.
Requirements:
- Age: 23-40 years
- Mature and practicing Christian with good Bible knowledge.
- At least two years of experience in community-related work, especially with children.
- Degree in Social Work, Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development Studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministries, or related fields. A minimum of a diploma is required for Child Development Officers.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the Madi language is a plus.
