Job Title: Manager Cyber Security
Role Profile: Centenary Bank is looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to manage and enhance the Bank’s cybersecurity operations. This role involves overseeing team performance, incident response, policy development, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead a cybersecurity team, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Manage day-to-day security operations and incident response.
- Create and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure security compliance.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
