Job Summary:

St. Francis Hospital Nyenga is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer/Medical Director to lead our esteemed institution. This role requires a blend of medical expertise and managerial acumen to drive the hospital towards excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized University/Medical School
  • Master of Medicine Degree in any Clinical Disciplines from a recognized University
  • Registered with the Uganda Medical Council with an up-to-date Annual Practicing License
  • Training in health services management or equivalent qualification is advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to oversee the academic and administrative functions of the St. Francis Nyenga Nursing and Midwifery Training School. This role requires a strong background in medical education and leadership in a training environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Education or a Diploma in Health Tutorship from a recognized institution
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in the health field, including 2 years as Academic Registrar or Tutor in a health training institution
  • Registered with the relevant professional body and Ministry of Education and Sports
  • Valid practicing license from Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
