Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Purpose:
As the Chief Executive Officer of True North Consult Ltd, you will provide strategic leadership to drive the company’s growth and success. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, product development, and finance, focusing on expanding market share and revenue streams across Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor the executive team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase market penetration.
• Oversee product development aligned with customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
• Manage financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven executive leadership in the software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience in multicultural environments, preferably in East Africa.
• Knowledge of regional business environment and regulatory framework desirable.

Job title: Senior Assets & Liabilities Management Officer

Job Purpose:
The Senior Assets & Liabilities Management Officer will provide strategic oversight and policy input to enhance the bank’s profitability. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will manage asset and liability policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic policies for asset and liability management.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and international standards.
• Prepare reports for ALCO Committee on asset and liability performance.
• Manage interest rate and liquidity risks.
• Price treasury products according to business needs.
• Monitor liquidity metrics and prepare early warning reports.
• Forecast capital plans in collaboration with department heads.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in asset and liability management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of balance sheet management and reporting.
