Description:
As the Business Manager for our Imaging Team in Uganda, you will oversee operations and ensure compliance, develop business strategies, and lead a team towards achieving sales and revenue goals. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team operations and compliance, focusing on efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop the annual business plan.
  • Manage Service sales processes and monitor Sales objectives.
  • Enhance employee engagement and support marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies for growth.
  • Interface with imaging vendors and drive sales success.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Radiology, Biomedicine, Engineering, Imaging, Management, or Marketing.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Imaging or Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Imaging and project management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
  • Experience in an international professional environment.
