Description:
As the Business Manager for our Imaging Team in Uganda, you will oversee operations and ensure compliance, develop business strategies, and lead a team towards achieving sales and revenue goals. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team operations and compliance, focusing on efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop the annual business plan.
- Manage Service sales processes and monitor Sales objectives.
- Enhance employee engagement and support marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies for growth.
- Interface with imaging vendors and drive sales success.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Radiology, Biomedicine, Engineering, Imaging, Management, or Marketing.
- 8-10 years of experience in Imaging or Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong technical knowledge of Imaging and project management skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
- Experience in an international professional environment.
