Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for assessing business transactions, leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities, spot trends, and offer solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and analyze data to optimize banking activities and channels.
  • Automate data analysis and reporting for timely decision-making.
  • Mine and analyze data to drive product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop clear reports to help branches understand and drive growth.
  • Conduct regular data analysis to uncover revenue opportunities and identify income leakages.
  • Develop predictive models to improve customer experiences, reduce attrition, and guide marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze Management Information and provide commentary on operational performance and trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Economics, ICT, or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in business analysis or data management.

Person Specifications:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, R, Python, SQL, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and derive meaningful insights.
  • Critical thinking and strategic evaluation of information.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings clearly.

Job Title: Supervisor E-Banking

Location: PRIDE Microfinance
Reporting to: Manager E-Banking

Job Description:
The Supervisor E-Banking will be responsible for the growth and development of the Bank’s electronic channels, supporting e-banking products and services, and managing day-to-day card operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new e-banking business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for e-banking operations.
  • Research and monitor e-banking trends to ensure market share growth.
  • Manage risks associated with e-banking operations.
  • Innovate and enhance e-banking channels and evaluate new product opportunities.
  • Improve service quality through process evaluation and redesign.
  • Supervise the rollout and ongoing activities of the e-banking platform.
  • Promote and sell e-banking products to customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Business degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Practical training in business growth within the financial services sector.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking or a similar environment.

Person Specifications:

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, numerical, and statistical skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and exercise excellent judgment.
