Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the brand team in building the annual operating plan through data gathering and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external strategic business partners to develop joint marketing strategies and plans, oversee implementation, and monitor results.
  • Coordinate and execute advertising and promotions that support and are consistent with group marketing and brand goals and objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate program/campaign performance.
  • Recommend action plans to address variances against plans.
  • Apply consumer insights and understanding of marketplace dynamics to assist in developing brand plans and drive execution.
  • Gather competitor insights.
  • Serve as the key liaison with suppliers of branded collateral.
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned and communications are disseminated on time.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Successful in-store roll-out of campaigns.
  • Collect campaign performance data and provide feedback.
  • Conduct monthly brand audits.
  • Assist in project management (brand collateral fit-outs).
  • Ensure all collateral produced is brand legal.
  • Ensure all branches have POS material before the launch date.
  • Produce weekly reports with insights on how we can improve.
  • Report on brand issues in a timely fashion for quick resolution.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma (CIM) in marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Creative and flexible.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Core Competencies:

  • Fundamental knowledge, ability, or expertise in a specific subject area or skill set.
  • Demonstrate a passion for brand marketing and creative thinking.
