Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Branch Sales Personnel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer care and communication skills to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Lead marketing activities at the branch.
- Manage branch assets including vehicles, furniture, office equipment, etc.
- Handle petty cash floats and prepare daily utilization reports.
- Issue receipts to clients promptly.
- Manage branch staff, addressing performance issues as necessary.
- Ensure high-quality customer service through regular interaction and feedback reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of branch vehicles, promptly reporting maintenance needs.
- Ensure fuel accountability and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate timely payment of bills by liaising with the Head of Finance.
- Monitor student attendance and reconcile with instructor logs and mileage analysis.
- Prepare weekly reports and submit client documents with follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Maintain updated stock register of items sold (e.g., highway code books, learners’ permits, road sign charts).
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in marketing, administration, or a business-related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Track record of meeting targets and goals.
