Nyakayojo Peoples’ Sacco Ltd is a member-owned, user-controlled institution registered under the Co-operative Laws of Uganda (Reg. No. 7093). We are dedicated to providing quality financial services to our members and are located 7 miles along the Mbarara-Kabale Highway.

Job Summary

Nyakayojo Peoples’ Sacco Ltd is seeking to recruit two Branch Managers. The successful candidates will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring effective management, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Supervise branch staff and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Implement and monitor branch performance to achieve financial goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SACCO policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports as required by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Age: 30-35 years.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with microfinance institutions or SACCOs.
• Proven experience with microfinance systems.
• Relevant computer skills.
