Job Purpose:
As a Branch Manager at dfcu Bank, you will drive the growth of the branch’s assets and liabilities while overseeing all operational and human resource aspects. You will ensure profitability, manage costs, and foster a high-performance culture within the branch.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the branch in achieving asset and liability growth targets.
• Promote a sales culture and ensure staff are trained to sell all bank products effectively.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain key relationships.
• Implement cost management practices and monitor expenses.
• Grow the loan portfolio and manage bad loans to maintain acceptable NPA and PAR levels.
• Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal processes.
• Drive service excellence and enhance the branch’s community engagement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Professional qualification in banking (e.g., ACIB, Credit Certification).
• At least 4 years of banking experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and handling operational complexities.
