Summary:
Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is seeking to recruit 5 Branch Coordinators for their Logbook Finance Product division. This role involves leading and coordinating sales and marketing activities within the assigned region to achieve targets and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source for new business opportunities within the region.
• Drive sales targets achievement for the branch under supervision.
• Motivate, mentor, and maintain high energy levels within the sales teams across all branches.
• Facilitate growth in the number of active Sales Representatives and ensure their retention.
• Conduct continuous and comprehensive training for Sales Representatives.
• Oversee office operations and administrative functions to ensure compliance.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders involved in sales and collections activities.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for the supervised branch.
• Ensure effective supervision of the allocated branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Asset Finance concepts.
• Strong computer skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent numerical and analytical aptitude.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
