Job Details:
The Beverage Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the entire plant production activity to ensure the production process delivers products of maximum quality in a profitable manner, augmenting customer satisfaction and achieving sustainable growth.

Reports to: Shift Controller

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Control and coordinate activities between departments such as CSD lines, Plastic, Mixing, and Sugar dissolving.
  • Maintain discipline and act to enforce it.
  • Supervise workers and ensure compliance with work standards.
  • Coordinate between production and maintenance departments.
  • Achieve production targets by communicating job expectations, monitoring, and appraising job results, disciplining employees, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining quality staffing levels by participating in selection, orientation, training of employees, and personal growth opportunities.
  • Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, and fostering cooperation within and between departments.
  • Complete production plans by assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment by requesting repairs from the maintenance department.
  • Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Control systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, and forms of control.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of control points, equipment, and resources while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending actions.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years hands-on experience in the Food Industry, with beverage manufacturing plant experience being a distinct advantage.
  • Familiarity with Carbonated Soft Drinks and/or water treatment plants.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Job Details:
The Machine Operator keeps the factory and production lines running smoothly. They operate various machinery, ensuring efficient and safe production by monitoring performance, making adjustments, and following safety protocols.

Reports to: Production Team Leader-Beverage

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Start up and stop equipment.
  • Assist with the production line in factories.
  • Clean machines and keep them clean at all times.
  • Load caps in the filler machine.
  • Lubricate blower and filler as per daily schedule.
  • Ensure bottles in the blower meet standards.
  • Ensure bottles from filler are filled to standards.
  • Ensure bottles are capped to standards.
  • Ensure product brix and gas meet standards.
  • Control material waste and record use of RM & PM.
  • Conduct weekly care with the maintenance team.
  • Record all machine data in the machine report.
  • Perform machine changeover if required.
  • Read and interpret gauges.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a busy environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Carbonated Soft Drinks and/or water treatment plants.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
