Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Cooperative Development from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven relevant experience in Administration, Finance, and Accounting.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of accrual accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of English, Ateso, or Kumam.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively, independently, and under stress.
- Fleet management.
- Solid work ethics, initiative, and result orientation.
- Basic knowledge in Computer Accounting package is essential.
- Experience with a cooperative society is an added advantage.

- Commitment to market development solutions for rural poverty alleviation.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
