Job Purpose:
To assist in the maintenance and management of the company Asset Register, reconciling the register to the actual Assets, monthly stock taking, and ensuring the system stock tallies with the stock on hand and the petty cash process as per the company set procedures.
Educational Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or an Accounting qualification.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years accounting experience in Asset Management, Stock take procedures, and Petty cash handling.
- Proficient in Excel.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm quantities of inventory items received at the site.
- Prepare Goods Received Notes for inventory items received.
- Update stock cards with receipts and issues.
- Confirm GP Picking slips match stock cards and are approved/authorized.
- File Picking slips.
- Post GP Inventory Entries to the correct expense accounts.
- Inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare and initiate month-end stock-taking process.
- Confirm receipt of assets at the site.
- Tag assets with EnviroServ tags.
- Take on Assets in GP.
- Maintain and reconcile the Asset Register.
- Maintain petty cash ledger and Excel Sheets.
- Post daily petty cash transactions to GP.
- Daily reconciliation of petty cash.
- Manage petty cash and ensure float is available at all times to meet urgent needs.
- Obtain and create TINS for Vendors without TINS.
- Ensure all petty cash payments are duly authorized and have receipts/supporting documentation.
- Petty cash replenishment (scanning of vouchers to head office and preparation of Excel Reconciliation file).
- Assist with ensuring expenses are properly authorized per procedure prior to payment.
- Assist auditors during Internal and External audits where required.

Job Purpose:
To troubleshoot and do diagnostics according to drawing specifications and to remove and install electrical components in accordance with EnviroServ Policies and Procedures Manual & SHEQ requirements. Execute electrical repairs and general maintenance. Adhere to administrative functions which contribute to the accomplishment of departmental objectives.
Educational Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
- Hands-on experience of 3 years in the same field.
Knowledge:
- Maintenance and servicing of plant and equipment.
- Ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out routinely.
- Comply with all requirements of Safety, Health, Quality, and Environment.
- Comply with the company Quality Policy, objectives, and regulations.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, power equipment, components of machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot laboratory and air conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems, and perform timely and proper maintenance.
- Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, DBs, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
- Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using testing instruments and equipment.
- Test continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety of components using testing instruments.
- Repair or recommend replacement of electrical units and components.
- Ensure adherence to the implementation of maintenance programs as per the maintenance plan.
- Carry out predictive maintenance using condition-based monitoring tools.
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean and safe as per 5S procedures.
- Anticipate repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical tools and equipment.
- Operate electrical tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
- Follow established safety procedures and methodologies to perform assigned duties, including lifting, climbing, etc.
- Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
