Brief Job Description:
- Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers.
- Managing accounts payable functions, including invoice payment and vendor contracts.
- Preparing monthly financial and detailed reports.
- Using various accounting tools/software proficiently.
Qualification Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Knowledge of Uganda’s taxation laws.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, honesty, and responsibility.
Work Hours: 8 per day

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, legislation, and professional standards.
- Oversee the accounting system to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Build employee relationships and manage performance.
Qualification Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with some in a supervisory role.
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent communication abilities across all levels.
- Strong leadership skills dedicated to achieving results.
Work Hours: 8 per day
Experience Required: 60 months
Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
