Job Purpose:
As a Vehicle Re-Spray Promoter, your role will involve identifying vehicles in need of spraying, engaging with vehicle owners to promote spraying services, and educating them on special offers and discounts. This commission-based position is ideal for individuals who desire the flexibility of self-employment while earning based on performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Panel/Body section in attracting new customers for vehicle spraying and panel beating services.
• Contact potential customers within your local territory to promote spraying/panel beating services.
• Inform potential customers about special offers, promotions, and discounts for vehicle spraying/panel beating services.
• Help the Panel/Body team develop new methods to attract customers and reach monthly revenue targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
• Participate in all scheduled Panel/Body promotional initiatives.
• Attend all scheduled team meetings to share customer feedback and challenges.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Passion for sales and marketing activities.
• Knowledge of auto sales and marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, public relations, and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• No specific job experience requirements.
• Level of Education: High School
• Work Hours: 8
