Position Overview:
We are seeking five motivated and skilled Unit Managers to lead teams and drive business growth in Kampala and Mukono. As a Unit Manager, you will oversee a team of 15+ members, focus on market segmentation, and enhance our product and service delivery channels to increase our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Recruit, retain, and manage unit members according to company standards.
• Market Development: Organize and coordinate unit activities to expand the customer base.
• Guidance: Provide clear guidelines to members to ensure business retention and growth.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, challenges, and business acquisition strategies.
• Strategizing: Develop plans in consultation with the agency manager to achieve business targets.
• Information Dissemination: Distribute information to unit members and stakeholders.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Critical Success Factors:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Professional Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) is an advantage. Minimum age of 25.
• Experience: Prior experience in marketing is beneficial, though not mandatory.

Work Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day
